I live in a beautiful renovated house on my own. My spare room will be available from 5th June for someone to share the place just with me.

The room comes fully furnished with access to the whole house, including the loft for the odd suitcase, 2 bathrooms, garden and a laundry room. The house also has brand-new appliances, plus Netflix and Prime Video and Sky fast broadband included. No additional agent fees, flexible on length of contract and you can even try just 1 month to see if you like it.

I have two dogs who stay with me three days a week, so you’d need to be comfortable with dogs. Nevertheless, they are only allowed downstairs and outside. So the house stays clean.

Walking distance to supermarkets, hospital, bus lines and train Chakwell station.

I’m a teacher and like to keep the house quiet and relaxed. Your room is facing the garden and neighbours are super quiet, so ideal for a good night sleep ;)
