We're looking for a friendly new housemate to join our lovely, airy three-bedroom flat in the heart of Leigh-on-Sea.

The flat has a huge, bright front room, a cute balcony that's a real sun trap in the summer, and even a sea view. It's perfectly located right on Leigh Broadway, with everything you could need on your doorstep. We're opposite Corner Club coffee shop and surrounded by independent bookshops, cafés, pubs, bars, restaurants, and convenience stores. The local library and St Clement's Church are just around the corner too.
