I'm looking for a clean, respectful, and reliable professional to rent one of the rooms in my 2 bedroom flat

Although I will retain one locked room for my belongings, you'll effectively have the entire place to yourself. I work away from home and only return once or twice a month, so you'll have the space to enjoy as if it were your own most of the time.
