Double bedroom with en suite available to rent. My current flatmate is moving out, and I really like the flat & location so would love to find someone to take over the room.

The shared areas of the flat will be furnished, however the bedroom will be unfurnished. The current flatmate would be willing to have the bedframe and mattress left in the room for a small amount of money.

I am a 27 year old female professional, who is clean and tidy, happy to socialise whilst also having some time alone.

The flat is close to the town centre and the location provides easy access to Letchworth train station, town centre and the A1.
