The house is 15 minutes' walk to Lewes railway station, with fast regular services to Brighton and to London, and less than five minutes walk into the town centre and two minutes walk to the late night convenience shop. Either room would be ideal for a responsible professional or mature student.

The double room is a generous size, light and airy and is on the first floor, with built in wardrobes, a double bed and a south aspect.

The single room is also on the first floor, a sweet room but with less space, a single bed and a north aspect.

You would share the kitchen and bathroom with the professional owner, and have the use of the front dining room to eat meals. There is a small rear yard where a bike could be parked [at your own risk]. There would be no more than three people staying in the house at any one time.
