Very large double room in lovely two-bed flat close to Lewes station for a sociable, responsible and considerate housemate.

We're in a great location close to the station and town centre, with beautiful walks nearby, easy access to Brighton / London / the universities and all of the South Downs on your doorstep. I tend to socialise outside of the flat and treat this as a peaceful space to come home to, so looking for someone with a similar approach rather than a party animal. Have friendly neighbours who are considerate about noise and it’s a nice chilled block.

I've lived here for 8 years and made it my home, so would appreciate someone who’ll help look after the space and do their bit with cleaning etc. It would be great to have a chat when we’re both in, and previous flatmates have become friends, but you'll have plenty of space to yourself too.

No smokers please and apologies but sadly no pets. Fast Broadband / Wifi, council tax, free off-road parking all included.
