My home is available for c.8 weeks over Xmas and new year as I will be away for much of this time in India and Australia ..it is ideal for a single person or a couple. I live in a spacious two bedroom house in a central very stylish modern development. The house has great views over the downs and is just a few minutes walk from station and shops. The room comes fully furnished and has large built in cupboards. Underground parking could also be available (open to negotiation). I am a vegetarian so I would prefer to share my home with someone who is sympathetic to this. There is an office on the terrace which could be used to work from home (again open to negotiation on this ). An elderly cat is also in residence. I work full time at a nearby university. I cycle to work.. secure cycle parking is also available.
