Would suit postgraduate or other person for short-term let ( up to June/July ) perhaps while looking for something more permanent. Having building work done this summer so not available long term. I've rented to postgrads from many different countries over the last 15 years. One current lodger leaving following M. A. and job after 3 years due to new visa rules. Other lodger teaches at Sussex University. We share cleaning of bathroom and kitchen etc. Occasionally we eat together. Seven minutes walk to bus-stop and ten minutes on bus to University of Sussex. Easy parking. I speak French and Spanish. One huge friendly cat. Garden good for sitting in and looking at from kitchen. Room has single bed with pullout extra bed for guest, fridge, sofa, chest of drawers, view onto front garden from desk. Six minutes walk on to South Downs.
