I’m moving out of my gorgeous little house in Forest Hill! Double room available at £635 per month plus approx £150-£160 bills. Available from February 28th, so technically beginning of March 2026.
Contract runs to August 29th 2026 - then as tenants we are given the option to leave, or sign for another year, and this occurs every year at the end of August.
Room:
Love this bedroom so much it gets gorgeous light and is so so cosy! Partly furnished - comes with lovely big bed frame (double), very big wardrobe behind the door. And I’m willing to sell the Billy bookcase and mattress at extra cost if you need them. If not I’ll take them with me. All other furniture/mirrors/TV etc are not included.
House:
One bathroom shared with two other flatmates. Shower over a bath.
Kitchen, dining area and living room spaces are conjoined but we close the doors because of the cats. Honestly such nice, big open rooms for London! Great for hosting and having you’re own space.
Flatmates:
Sharing with two wonderful non-binary flatmates in their late twenties! Both work in the publishing and educational sectors, so ideally looking for another professional in similar age range, not students.
Also sharing with two little kitties! Bon and Nick are 1-2 year old indoor (orange🍊) cats, and they’ve honestly made our house a home! Super friendly and fun to live with if you don’t mind a bit of cat hair and cuddles!
Local area:
Forest Hill is a such a lovely area - very family orientated and safe neighbourhood. We’re not on a main road so very peaceful at night. Nice pubs and restaurants in walking distance. Sainsbury’s, Co-op, post office in walking distance. Aldi and Lidl 5 minute bus away.
Stations:
12 min walk to Forest Hill (Windrush overground and Southern Line) - gets you to Canada Water, Whitechapel, London Bridge.
7 minute bus to Catford Bridge (Southeastern line) - gets you to London Bridge, Charing Cross.
Great bus links that run 24/7 from central London too (I have had many late nights on weekends and never worried about getting home.)
