The flat is lovely and spacious, on the ground floor, with large living/ dining room, and a well fitted out kitchen. It has a large wrap-around garden with picnic table and bbq.

it is on a quiet street, yet still very close to Honor Oak and Forest Hill overground stations, and with trains to London Bridge in 13 minutes. There are also plenty of pubs and cafes around the area.

I am a 32 year old professional, looking for someone tidy and easy going.

I have one small dog, 3 and a half year old Welsh Terrier called Albie who is social and friendly, so a dog friendly flatmate is essential.
