Unfortunately I'm having to move for a new job so my room is now available in this great house share!

Located between Lewisham, Ladywell and St Johns stations the house is very well connected and has a bus stop almost outside the property! Close to Hilly Fields park, Brockley market and Lewisham centre it is a great SE London location!

The house is a 3 bed property with an extra spare room that can be used as a study (perfect for those working from home!) It has modern fittings throughout, wooden floor boards, a dishwasher and a drier (a bonus for London) and a beautiful terrace garden (great for sunbathing and BBQs)! There is also a bathroom with a shower and jet bath(!) and separate toilet.

The room itself is a decent sized double, it comes part furnished (no bed). There is a lot of storage space within the house as well as in the room! There are many cupboards, and attic space!

The current housemates work in education and hospitality. We often watch TV together of an evening, and sometimes cook together or have BBQs over summer, but also do our own thing and give eachother space! So it's a good balance. We also like to keep things clean and tidy between us so looking for someone similar minded. There is also a dog, a Jack Russel cross, who is very friendly and lovely! So if you love dogs it's a plus!!

Rent is £616 not inc bills, which are normally around £100 ish. The rent would be a sublet until March, from which you could join the contract. Move in date can possibly be a little flexible.
