Looking for a third housemate in a quiet house. Females only thanks.

Would like a gentle soul who is friendly yet independent. I have a shy cat with arthritis who needs someone sensitive to her requirements (a slow and peaceful approach, giving way to her on the stairs etc).

I'm in a mid-life and career transition and work from home. Therefore, I'd like someone who works out of the house (occasional work from home days ok). I teach English online and I'm training in energy healing and especially interested in health.

Farah, the other housemate, is quiet but friendly, and works for a children's charity. She loves art, photography, astrology and a good chat in the kitchen.

Room is a small double in good condition.

Bills include fast fibre broadband (38 - 40Mbps download speed) and fortnightly cleaning.

Great transport links, 3 stops to London Bridge on the train. Overground and Southern train lines, multiple bus routes.

House is large, in quiet area, with conservatory, private garden, and beautiful, secluded wood to the rear, containing a newly renovated tennis court. Cat lovers or experience living with cats definitely sought.
