You’ll be sharing with just one other person, a professional working mostly from home. Relatively easy-going/tolerant (LGBTQ+ respectful), keeping the flat clean and tidy, occasionally enjoy watching a movie-show/clubbing, gym/outdoors, plant-based food, etc.

Ideally considering
- a mindful, working professional / funded student who is friendly, easy-going, self-sufficient, kind, tidy and respects the flat and belongings.
- A non-smokier (fixed smoke alarms in newbuilds so no smoking/vaping inside the flat, other options possibly)?
- Somewhat more eco-friendly / aware?
- Vegan (/ vegetarian / pescatarian ) friendly, though certainly not a must...

- Room (NEW) comes with just fitted IKEA king-bed frame, (with several boxes fitting under the bed) and a new medium-soft memory-foam mattress, with bed-cover/pillow(s) - customisable to an extent/requests
- New IKEA: tall chest of drawers; desk/chair (few options) for work etc.; clothes rack/hangers; mirror, etc.
- Wardrobe (NEW) with a full-length mirror-door.

- Ultrafast broadband (with stable Wi-Fi covering the whole area
- Large 100"+ (UHD/HDR) 4K-laser wall-projected screen for passive evening entertainment, etc. (4K-capable Xbox w Kinect to watch Blu-ray/DVDs etc. #retrostyle #mostlyjusttheresittingprettyheh:)
- Washing machine-drier/Dishwasher/Robo-vacuum (weekly schedule)
- Smart(ish:) home: lights, etc. devices via an assistant/speakers throughout the flat (excluding the room), etc.
- Love pets (probably more of a dog-person, having cared for both in the past), however none present at this time

- Ninja Foodi MAX 15-in-1 SmartLid 7.5L Multicooker (with an extra/private pot) with all the features, particularly great at pressure cooking, air frying and slow cooker; the sauté feature as it heats up quickly, and every one of the 15 x feature has it's great uses, especially the temperature probe)

- Food processor; Ice-cream machine (not getting too much love these days haha; also waffle making iron(s:) somewhere if interested:)

- Several Gyms nearby, one literally 1-min away and reasonably priced
- Groceries (ASDA) 2-min away + small Sainsburys and 2-5x smaller shops 3-min walk away, with everything you need while larger Tesco superstore and big Sainsburys probably 10 min walk away or less
- Within 3-4-min walk away there is a Grill and 5-min walk from the flat there are a number of Indian, etc, stone-baked pizza/wine place same as Pret a Manger, etc., more 10-min walk away +more opening soon incl. a cinema. - Lewisham high street is 7-10-min walk away (0.5miles - more of everything) with Lewisham Shopping Centre and market activity, banks, chains, etc. 2x petrol stations, however parking lot not included.
- Deptford high street is 10-15-min (0.7m) walk away
- Lewisham train station/Pret-A-Manger is 0.3 mile / 5-7-min walk away with trains to London Bridge (7+ min), Cannon Street (17min), Waterloo East (14min), Victoria (23min) and Charing Cross (18 min) + DLR to Greenwich (6min), Canary Wharf shopping etc. (18min), Bank (27min), Stratford (City Westfield), etc.
Greenwich Park is 2n min / 1.2mile walk away + Hilly Fields Park (tennis, etc.) maybe 10-15 min (0.6mile brisk) walk away
- Brockley market 15-min walk away Saturdays 10-2
- Greenwich high street/market/Cutty Sark/TFL River boat service approx. 30-min walk/8-min DLR journey away from where Isle of Dogs (toward Canary wharf) is accessible via foot tunnel on foot or on bicycle/scooter north-side of river Thames (rental cycles/scooters readily available)
