I am a 33-year-old working professional in the film industry. However, a lot of my work happens at home, so I work from home often, although I do like to go to local cafes to work, so I'm not indoors all the time and like to go out and do things in the evenings.
I'm pretty relaxed about most things. I'm a nonjudgmental person who wants to live comfortably in a comfortable environment. We shouldn’t have any issues as long as you’re not messy, inconsiderate, or overly loud. That said, I also want you to feel comfortable, as it'll be your home.
I've lived alone here for 2 years now (I lived with a mate for a year before that). Once he moved out, I turned his small room into an office for myself (as pictured), but once you have agreed to move in, I'll fill it with a double bed and a wardrobe.
It is a very bright room with huge windows. However, it is worth noting that it is not a big room. You'll be able to put things under your bed, and you'll have space in the wardrobe; however, the living room is right by it and very cosy.
I have Netflix, Disney, now TV, and Amazon Prime. I also have a high-quality TV with surround sound, a bath, and a shower so that you can access some nice comforts. The building itself is very old, and there are signs of that, but it’s got a lot of character, and I’ve been lucky enough to have very relaxed neighbours. There is even a little outdoor area on our floor.
Due to the room size, I'm only asking for £650 towards the flat, and I'll cover all other bills, including council tax. I am open to someone coming in on a 6-month contract, with the ability to extend it if everything is going well.
You can find out more about me by googling 'Luke Mordue', which will give you a better idea of who I am as a person.
If you have any questions or queries, do not hesitate to get in touch.
