Looking for someone to join our lovely six bed Victorian house!!
You would be living with me and my 4 other lovely friends. We are all students but have an age range from 20-23. The house is located in south east London in the area of Lewisham and New Cross. Nearest tube station is Lewisham DLR which is a 5 minute walk away or there is St John’s rail station 5 minutes away as well.
It is a very spacious house and the room we are looking to fill is a downstairs big bedroom.
About us:
We are all friends who met at university , doing a variation of different courses( teacher, paramedic, politics, philosophy ) and love a good night out but also really appreciate family dinners whilst watching a film or series or sitting down in the lounge playing cards, with glasses of wine.
We would like an individual who appreciates a clean space and someone who is comfortable coming into our lil family.
We are looking for someone who will get on with us but we also appreciate if you would like to do your own thing.

The rent is 175 a week (745 pm)
Bills are between £80-100 pm

The bedroom comes fully furnished( bed, wardrobe, draws) and the house has a kitchen , living room , garden and 2 bathrooms(one downstairs and one upstairs)
Available date to move it is September the first.
Deposit will need to be paid which is a £100 reservation fee and £745
