Hello!

We are a couple, Francis (28, M, he/him) and Liv (31, F, she/her), and we're looking for a roommate in our 2 bedroom apartment that sits at the foot of One Tree Hill (the road leads into the woods!). I (Francis) am a music curator/musician/theatre technician and Liv is a poet/gardener.

We're both pretty sociable and like a blend of hanging out and having our own space. We would ideally like a flatmate who wants to get to know us and would like to share food and cooking and eating together. We are both used to fairly communal living and like this aspect of it!

The bedroom looks slightly different from the photos as it was taken with a past occupant's belongings and furnishings. Currently in the room is a fold out mattress, a chest of draws (it's ours but you can use it if you like or we can take it out), and a bedside table. The room measures 235cmx285cm.

The flat is nicely done up with a well designed kitchen and living space. The kitchen has an inbuilt microwave, dishwasher, and induction cooker. The shared living space has a mounted TV, dining table, bookshelves and a sofa. It has a sliding glass doorway that leads to a stony patio with steps up to the garden. The property also has a large garage which is great for leaving bikes, and we are long term planning to turn it into a shared creative studio space. It's on a road right next to One Tree Hill woods, which the roads ends in! The street being at the top of the hill and so close to the woods makes it feel very far out while still being in South East London. 10 min walk from Honor Oak Park Overground Station (Windrush Line). First underground connection is 15 minutes to Canada Water (Jubilee Line).

In the flat above us lives my brother and close friend. We are close with them and sometimes hang out and eat together.

There is free on road parking, but no designated space. We have a car though and have never not been able to find a space to park.
