Hi, We have a double room available, close to Lewisham station and the DLR. It is a spacious double room , and there are only two people in the house. Me and my partner 40 and 33, we both work long hours , so we are not actually at home much (hospitality so most of the afternoons and weekends we are working). We are a couple but we always live with housemates so we are use to live with someone else and we would someone who actually enjoys to have a conversation or a glass of wine sometimes. It is a 3-bedroom house with a garden and a living room. We don't have pets, and we don't smoke. We are looking for someone quiet because it is not a party house but we love dinners with friends. We are clean and tidy.
Sadly, our current flatmate is coming back to Spain, so we are looking for someone to replace her. We are looking for someone to stay for a long period. We like to socialize and we respect each other person privacy. If you are looking for a quiet place please send me a message.

We are flexible with the moving dates because we want to find the right housemate. The good point to live with a couple is that we don't bring strange people to our house so the house doesn't feel overwhelming.
