This rental is with a live in landlord. This is why it's lodgers I'm seeking and not tenants. You can rent the room as a couple or by yourself. I travel a lot and need someone to share my home with. LGBT+ welcome 🌈🌸🥰

Currently the place is unfurnished in the pictures. I'll be furnishing the place and will give your room a bed set. It has its own built in wardrobe.

I'm really easy going, very clean and tidy. I've been told I'm very personable ☺️ I travel a lot so you'll have the place pretty much to yourself. All I ask is to share my home with someone respectful, clean and tidy, and who I can have a long term relationship with, become friends.

We will split the bills equally between the adults living together. I'll fully cover the service charge in addition to my share of the bills.

I have British Gas Homecare 400 to deal with all the maintenance in the property like wiring, plumbing, appliances fixing 24/7 at no additional cost to you. The rent is to help me pay my mortgage which has doubled this year 🥺

💟 PROPERTY'S DETAILS 💟

I have a beautiful spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Penthouse with lovely 11m private balcony and access to one of a few lovely 360 degrees roof garden, as well as usage of the communal garden Confluence Park next to the river.

The Penthouse is 1 minute walk to Lewisham DLR, Lewisham train station, Lewisham bus station, 2 minutes walk to Lewisham leisure centre Glass Mill, 5 minutes walk into town centre with all its amenities, including daily markets for fresh vegetables, fruits, meat and fish.

From Lewisham DLR you can get to Canary Wharf in 15mins, to Bank in 20mins, to Stratford in 25mins.

From Lewisham overground train station you can get to London Bridge in 10mins, to Waterloo East and Victoria in 15mins, to Charing Cross and Cannon Street in 20mins.

Normal buses, Bakerloop buses and night buses to and from Lewisham going to London Bridge, Waterloo, Liverpool Street and Victoria as well as to other areas within London. Lewisham is the central travel hub of South East London going all over London.

There is staff onsite 5 days a week from 9am to 5pm, 24hr mobile security. There's a secure room to park your bicycle. No e-bikes allowed onsite.

There's a large leisure centre opposite the road, Glass Mill. A cinema and other leisure complex are currently being considered for the buildings next door. Lovely local bars and restaurants. A large oriental supermarket, Kiki & MiuMiu, onsite, a lovely Pret is also onsite.

Service charges are included. Bills are not included.

Individuals and or couples are welcome to apply. No smoking indoors.

To have a pet living with you, it needs to be for diagnosed medical reasons and you'll need to apply for a license from Lewisham Council and from the development's management. I'll need to meet your pet beforehand to make sure I'm not allergic to it. It needs to be fully trained and domesticated as we are on 24th floor.
