I’m looking for BPOC and queer STUDENTS to move into a flat with me! I’ve got 3 rooms available in a clean 4-bed house with a garden, super close to DLR Lewisham station. The lease is for one year.

Move-In Date: Early September to late September
Rent:
- Single room: £570 + bills
- Big double room: £630 + bills
- Biggest room: Likely less than £700, to be confirmed with the landlord
Bills: Around £50-£60

About the House:
- Clean and spacious
- 3 rooms up for grabs
- Nice garden for chill vibes or BBQ 😀
- Located in a peaceful area but right next to Lewisham High Street, where there's a lot going on
- Really Close to DLR Lewisham station
- Near Goldsmiths and close to Queen Mary’s via DLR

A Bit About Me:

I’m a Black queer London native, an artist studying fine art at Goldsmiths, and I work in the arts. I will be 21 at the time of the move in date. I’m into cartoons, working out, and I’m clean and tidy. I’m pretty laid-back, like my personal space but enjoy socializing.

Preference:
Ideally looking for queer folks.
