Hi there! My flatmate is moving out to return to her home country, so a double ensuite bedroom is available in our 2-bedroom 2 bathroom flat in Lewisham (SE13) from 18 Jan

I’m looking for a female, preferably professional to share the flat. You’ll have your own ensuite double room, and we’ll share a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and bright living room. The building also has three communal roof terraces (great for a morning coffee or sunset views!) plus secure cycle parking. There is also a 8am-8pm manned concierge on ground floor. Your amazon parcels are well taken care of.

* Supermarkets : Sainsbury + MS in Lewisham Shopping Centre, Asda and a Sainsbury Local (all within 5-10 min walk)

I work full-time in the construction industry in central London (5 days a week in the office). At home, I’m clean, considerate, and enjoy my quiet time to recharge – usually reading, relaxing, or occasionally heading out for the gym or a hike.
