I am looking for someone to take over my room in a two bed flat. It is situated walking distance from Lewisham Station and is very central to London Bridge (8mins) New Cross Gate (15minute walk) Goldsmiths (10minute walk) Brockley (15 minute walk) and London Bridge (8mins by Train). Greenwich is also quick to get to, so it has served me well for centrality.

This two bed flat is a Victorian building and brings the benefits of an old style feeling yet modern functionality. It's central heating is efficient and the places gets warm in winter. The bills total are 193.45 (Including Council Tax, WiFi, Electric, Gas and Water) and I send this amount direct to the other tenant who pays them. They are not set to increase as just had a yearly update. I have encountered no issues with the flat and whenever there was the letting agency were quick to respond.

You will be sharing with a female who works full time in the office. There is no preference if you worked at home or in the office.

The lounge is large and has a large bay window, there is a washing machine, fridge, freezer.
Most of the time if will feel like your own flat!

The property was unfurnished when I came but I have furnished and can leave any items to help the next person out :)
