I am looking for someone to take over my current housemate’s tenancy, starting from September 3rd.

This is a three bedroom house share in Lewisham/ Blackheath (Zone 2) which I have happily lived in for one year! My friend, Genevieve will be taking one of the rooms as she moves to London to complete her masters degree in publishing at UAL. I am going into my final term of studying for my masters in Journalism at UAL, and work part time for Coach (flatmates can use my discount!!)

About the house:

It is a flat over two floors, already furnished and has a garden. Really well connected, is a five minute walk from the train and DLR station where you can get to London Bridge in 8 minutes. If you love nature, walking and cute cafes (like us) it’s also amazing as it’s located a short walk from both Greenwich Park and Blackheath.

About us:

Me and Genevieve are friends from back home (both grew up in Edinburgh, Scotland) We love exploring new places, going for food, reading, art and travel! Both enjoy an evening at the pub but also cosy movie nights. I have included a pic of us for reference!!
