Looking for a lovely female flatmate to come and share my home. The room is available mid August to mid September.

This is a bright and spacious third floor flat in a quiet and leafy location. The flat is surrounded by lots of green space, as we back onto local woods and have a large communal garden. The Horniman museum and gardens are a two minute walk away, where you can also take advantage of the farmers' market every weekend.

Forest Hill is a thriving community, with independent shops and cafes mixed in with some high street chains (Sainsburys, Superdrug, WH Smith). I really love it here!

Excellent transport links: regular services to London Bridge and Croydon, as well as the London Overground/East London Line. Canary Wharf easily accessible. There are 24hr buses on the doorstep, which service London and beyond - 176, 185, 197, 363, P4, 356.

This is a small double sized room, newly decorated and comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, laundry basket, desk, chair, and shelves. It's east facing and gets lovely morning light. Bedding/towels/kitchenware all provided.

All facilities (bathroom etc) are shared. There is a third bedroom I use as an office, and for guests. Price includes all bills. The household would suit someone clean, independent and easy going. Must be ok with dogs, as I dog sit regularly. Please tell me a bit about yourself and what you're looking for if you're interested in coming for a viewing!
