Moving out of my beloved room in central Lewisham and looking for someone nice and chilled to join my current two housemates!

The room is big with, plenty of room for a lot of belongings as well as desk, double bed etc. The room is super bright and nice, with double doors that open out to your own fairly massive private balcony.

Room comes unfurnished, and we're looking for someone to come in on a fairly longer term basis. We're in a rolling contract with a really reasonable landlord and the current two housemates have no plans to leave.

Rent is £768 p/m (which is exactly what I've been paying for the last 3 years) + bills which come in at an average of £130 a month.
