A double bedroom in a light open plan house with a garden at the end of a cul-de-sac road. You and the other housemate will mostly have the house to yourself. The owners of the house live in Suffolk and commute to London and stay in their house from time to time. Theirr teenage daughter also stays over sometimes on school holidays. There is the option of having friends and family to stay as there is often a room spare to use.
We are a mature and creative household, easy going and clean. We are interested in art, environmentalism and community and hope to find someone who shares some of these interests. We are all busy most of the time but the kitchen is big and social and we like to sit around the table to eat or chat too. We're pretty vegetarian although not completely but would rather not have the strong smell of meat in the house.
The house is convenient for Peckham and Dulwich and is midway between Forest Hill and Honor Oak stations on the wind rush line.
Anyone studying a post grad we think you'd be a great fit. Since there is an occasional teenager in the house we are looking for females only and no smokers.

We are looking for a six month let to begin with.
