We are looking for someone to share my ground floor flat with gardens in Hither Green. We are a gay couple.

the room is £850pcm inclusive of utility bills, Council tax, wi-fi, TV licence, but not contents insurance. No deposit needed.

The flat-sharer would get a bedroom with double bed, and shared use of the bathroom, kitchen, dining/sitting area, small bedroom (just about suitable for guests) and garden.

The flat is a short walk to Hither Green railway station (zone 3) and is on the 181 and 225 bus routes which go to Lewisham DLR. The 225 goes to New Cross and Goldsmiths'
