We're a new friendly, professional household with two rooms to rent available immediately but we're totally able to wait for the right housemate. With such a good space we don't feel crowded or like we're on top of each other, probably because we work differing hours.

We have 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and little patio garden

We're a friendly positive bunch. It would be great if our new house mates wanted to mix socially but it's far from obligatory. We know how to give each other space.

Both bedrooms are a good size. Plenty of light. Windows over London chimney skyline. You can see the City as far as the London eye and Greenwich.

They're part furnished with double beds. The street is really pretty, the area is safe and we're told by Time Out that we're in the heart of Leyton Village.

Rent includes the following bills; WiFi, cleaner once a week, gas, electric, TV license, council tax & water rates.
