Hi, I am subletting my room in E151RG from 4 Dezember to 31 May (potentially longer) because I am travelling. I am looking for someone who preferably wants to stay for the entire period. I have a bit of flexibility around the exact dates.
I am only subletting to one female, non-binary, transgender person, no couples. Thanks :)

The house:
The room I am subletting is in a big house in E151RG, it has 5 bedrooms in total, 4 on the first floor, one on the ground floor. It has 2 full bathrooms, one big living room, spacious and fully equipped kitchen as well as a laundry room.
The house also has a large garden with a fire pit and a hammock. We have frequent friendly cat visits in our garden, if you want to get some cuddles.
And of course we have wifi.

The bedroom:
My room is fully furnished with a large 200x150 sized bed, home-office equipment (desk, chair, monitor), coffee table and two comfortable chairs and a separate screen to stream Netflix etc. from your computer (HDMI). My room is very quiet, it is furthest away from the kitchen and living room downstairs. It is generally very quiet, especially upstairs, as upstairs only has bedrooms and people are up and about most of the time. I will make space in my wardrobe and shelves for you so you can make the room your home :). I also have blackout curtains in the bedroom (not seen in pictures as I got them recently), as well as a portable heater.

Location:
10 minutes walk to the Elizabeth Line (Maryland or Forest Gate), 15 minutes walk to Stratford Station. Busses within 5 minutes walking distance.
The house is located in a quiet residential street.
A corner store is 1 minute away across the street, Tesco is 6 minutes walking. A good gym is 13 minutes away.

Kitchen:
The kitchen has a dishwasher, two fridges, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, kettle, French press, toaster, microwave, stove, pots, pans etc., all of which you can use. Everyone has their own big cupboard in the kitchen, you will take over mine. We have a communal spice rack in the kitchen, but I also have my private one, which you can use.

Living Room:
Piano (only ever played with headphones if other people are in the house), big dinner table with 6 chairs, 2 couches, beamer to stream movies, large board and card game selection.

Bathrooms:
One bathroom is upstairs, it has a bathtub, sink and toilet. The second one is downstairs with a shower, toilet, sink and storage cupboard.

About me and your future roommates:
We are a 3 girls and 2 non-binary people living together, 4 of us queer. We met at acting school three years ago and have lived in this house together for two years now. It is a very creative household, acting alone doesn’t pay all bills yet, so we have various other jobs as well (in the pub and coffee shop, as a paint and sip instructor, journalism and research). My friends are lovely, talented people and good roommates. We have a cleaning schedule to keep the big house tidy and we try to keep silent between 10pm and 10am. We enjoy movie and game nights together (we have an assortment of card and board games), grilling in the garden and go do some cute stuff in the city together when we have the time. We also have a pub nearby where we often get 50% off because one of us works there.

Everyone is quite busy with work and projects atm and since we have such different schedules, the house is often empty and silent.

Ideal roommate:
Ideally you would be an artist as well, but of course open to students or professionals from all walks of life. We are looking for a female, non-binary or transgender person to sublet my room to. It is a queer household, so we are only looking for other queer people or allies, no cis-gender man, sorry! My roomies are happy to invite you along to events, but no pressure if you just want to vibe on your own for the month. They are very open and chill people, no worries.

Pets:
We might get two cats after Christmas. This is not 100% set in stone yet, one of my roommates is from the USA and wants to move the cats here. Plans are in motion, so as of now we are also looking for a roommate who likes cats :)
