This is a live-in household, not a separate tenancy. You would be sharing with myself, my partner and our very elderly cat Gin, who is calm and mostly sleeps.

There is no separate shared lounge, but there is a fully equipped kitchen with an eating/work area, plus outside seating space where you can sit, eat, have coffee, work on a laptop or relax.

Ground-floor apartment with private porch, bamboo screening, covered canopy seating area and access to a large secure residents’ courtyard.
