I now have two rooms available in a modern apartment complex in Stratford.

There are currently two rooms becoming available:

I’m currently living in the flat and I’m a working professional in my 20s, so ideally I’m looking for new flatmates around a similar age/lifestyle.

The flat is really conveniently located — around a 7-minute walk from Westfield and Stratford station. The building also has a well-equipped gym that’s free for residents, as well as bike storage and an underground car park. Parking spaces can be rented for around £100/month.

Council tax is Band D and bills aren’t included. It works out at roughly an additional £120 per month per person.

The tenancy is managed by an agency, so you’ll need to pass their referencing checks.
