I'm looking for a tenant for a spacious double bedroom in my lovely 2-bedroom flat in Leyton, available from 20 July.

The flat has two bedrooms, but I'll be keeping the second room for my own use, as I'll be in London only once or twice a month during September and October. For the vast majority of the time, you'll have the flat to yourself.

Very quiet and considerate – our downstairs neighbours are dealing with health issues, so it's important to keep noise to a minimum.

Clean, respectful and happy to treat the flat as a home.
