We are 2 housemates Laura and Craig, looking for someone to join our lovely home. We are friends and have lived together for a while, we sometimes go to the pub, quizzes and occasionally have house meals together it would be nice to find someone that wants to be involved and wants a home rather than just a room in a flat, although obviously we all respect each others privacy we have our own lives too 😊
 
Ideally we are looking for someone who is wanting to stay longer term. We are mid 30’s to 50 so looking for someone in their 30’s or 40’s. Female preferred. Sorry no couples
 
The room is a large double at the back of the flat overlooking the garden. The flat was newly renovated when we moved in 2.5 years ago. Large living room, new kitchen, 1 bathroom and we also have another toilet. Large garden with table chairs and a BBQ.
