Hi, I am currently looking for someone to replace and take over my room.

I live with a Filipino and Jamaican guy, Aizel and Sam.

It’s a pet friendly house, quiet and modern neighbourhood, including concierge, gym and private garden services.

However, there won’t be any pets once you move in as I’ll be taking them all :D
Feel free to bring your own.

Sadly I have to relocate due to family matters.
Viewings available.

Rent is 1.1K pm, with bills comes at around 1300.
Looking for someone to take over from the 27th of May 2024.
