Hey hey 👋🏻 We’ve got a really big double going in our 3 storey new build townhouse in Leyton, free from 1st September.

The house is only 4 years old, so everything works properly and it’s genuinely quiet and warm. Three bathrooms across the three floors means nobody is ever queuing or waiting about.

The room itself is on the first floor overlooking the garden, so it’s away from the road and properly peaceful. Big windows let in loads of light, and there are fitted blackout blinds for when you want a proper lie in. It comfortably fits a double bed with room to spare, and there’s space for a desk if you work from home.

Downstairs there’s a very large kitchen and a lounge with a new TV and an L shaped sofa, plus a garden. There’s gated parking and one free space behind the property that comes with this room, which is a rare thing round here.

Bills usually come to around £140 a month or less, and that covers council tax and a cleaner for the shared areas, so nobody’s arguing over the hoovering. Deposit is £1,100 and is always protected in a government scheme.

You’ve got two tubes to choose from, both a 9 minute bus in either direction. Leyton for the Central line straight into Liverpool Street and the West End, or Blackhorse Road for the Victoria line and the Overground.

Your housemates would be Niall and Meg, who have the top floor to themselves, and Raiyan. They’re all working professionals in their twenties & very early thirties, tidy, and a mix of home and office days. It’s a friendly house without anyone living in each other’s pockets. Niall keeps an eye on the place, so anything that needs sorting gets sorted quickly.
