We are renting out the verly large and bright top room in our house in Stratford (E15 3QP). The rent is 900£/ month, incl. bills. The room is FOR ONE PERSON ONLY.

The room comes with its own fridge, kettle and microwave. You will be sharing an absolutely massive and luxurious bathroom with two others. Please note there is no common living room. There is a small kitchenette with an induction hob and an airfryer (no oven), which you will share with two others.

We are a quiet, considerate, and clean household and are looking for likeminded renters (student or professional).

The transport links are great, you are a 10 minute walk from the Plaistow tube and there is a very frequent bus which gets you to Stratford station in 10 minutes. We also have a beautiful park at the end of the street.
