Hey! I'm a young professional- got a good sized room in a 2 bed flat 5 min walk from Stratford tube. The area is great and very convenient for commute to central London, Canary Wharf or City; Got tons of shops and Olympic park and East Village is 5 min walk away as well (Victoria park is brisk 15 min walk).

There is lift, balcony and we can use a private garden (they also have a semi-patio area we can use for BBQs ect) and there is a "parking" slot for your bike on the ground floor. Nearest Tesco is just 2 min away.

Parking space in secure parking under the flat can be arranged (might be a small additional cost)

Further, there is a concierge service for parcels' delivery; 24/7 Gym downstairs (not. incl. in price but fairly cheap); Intercom entrance;

I am a rather social person but am very respectful of other people's space. The flat is kept tidy and I try to keep the household as safe as possible in the current climate (regular surface cleaning, wahsing of hands ect ect). At the moment do spend part of the week wfh and the other part being based in the office. Would love a flatmate who I can share a relaxed drink/some food/watch a film or even go to a local event every now and then (there is always something on in Stratford).
