We (Viki, Valentin & Sam) are looking for another female to join the household. Our home is peaceful, yet sociable, and always homely! We take care of our home and the people that live here.
It's situated between Walthamstow/Leyton. We're basically on the border of both!
About us:
Between us we work in the educational/ business sector and the music industry. We love music, nature, travel and friends. We like to hang out, but also also respect each other's privacy. We're caring and considerate, looking for another like-minded individual
[--THE SPACE--]
Good-sized double bedroom, furnished. Brand new mattress from Sealy it's a very comfortable and supportive orthopaedic mattress. We also have a new bed which is yet to be set up. It is a lift-up bed with storage underneath, we are hoping to extract the lovely head and footboard so it doesn't lose its charm. The curtains are black out which is super handy during the summer months.
The bathroom is shared with one other clean and considerate housemate.
The kitchen is a long galley-style, with lots of storage, fridge space, a new dishwasher, room to cook and a dining table.
The living room has a (second) dining table and a comfy large 'L' sofa with plenty of books to read. It is a really relaxing and inviting space to unwind at the end of the day.
At the back of the house, the "spring porch" utility room provides a washing machine and dryer that do not disturb the peace and quiet of the main house.
The wonderfully big, south-facing garden is where we grow food, herbs and flowers, sunbathe, cook barbecues, sit around the campfire together and celebrate life!

[--THE AREA--]
For convenience, there is a decent corner shop & off licence which is open late and less than 60 seconds from the front door. Across the main road is a small Tesco for weekly / top-up shops and a petrol station to refuel. Plenty of larger supermarkets are round the corner, along with family butchers and speciality artisan bakers.
Walthamstow Village is a ten minute walk and has an awesome vibe, stuffed with delicious tapas, traditional pubs, museums and summer fetes. Walthamstow Central has the longest outdoor market in Europe that sells "almost" EVERYTHING at amazing prices!
Alternatively, for a complete break of the city, make for the trees...just a few min walk to the sailing ponds and trails of Epping Forest, both of which are simply lush. There’s so much to explore around this part of town.
