Looking for someone to move in to a large double room in a 3-bed apartment over looking the Olympic Stadium, Stratford, East London. I'm moving out for a shorter commute to work!

Rent: £765 per month
Deposit: £826.92 to be paid to vacating tenant
Bills: Approx. £120 per month

Location
The flat is a 12 min walk from stratford station and has close links to DLR and Bow station for the district line. Buses are just outside the flat and run up to stratford station every 2-3 mins, with a journey time of no more than 3 mins!

A Tescos is situated right beside the building, with many food shops in stratford. Nearest gym is also 3 mins away. Westfield and the olympic park are within easy walking distance.

The flat is a spacious three bed apartment, with a communcal bathroom that you'd share with one other flatmate (Steph). The living room and kitchen are combined with large windows for plenty of light. The flat is situated on same level. There is 5 steps up to the foyer which has a wheel-chair left and then you can either take the lift or stairs to the second floor.

The room comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and beside tables. The rest of the flay is fully furnished but more than happy to add your individual touches!

Flatmates
Ross: 28 (he/him), cis gay man, who is a dentist and works four days a week out of the flat. Plays for an LGBT hockey team and loves to go to see plays! Loves to cook. Likes to be sociable and keep himself busy but also loves to sit down weekly to watch whatever tv show is on, better with others!

Steph: 24 (she/her), cis straight woman, who is a medical doctor, also works out of the flat. She is beautiful outside and inside (may be biased). She is quite the socialite always out for dinner with friends when not sleeping.

Both flatmates are friendly and looking for a flatmate that will fit in with are vibe and will want to have a good natter. I previously cooked with Ross and I'm sure he'd be keen to continue cooking together if you'd be inclined- cost of living and all!

The flat also comes with the cutest cat, Malty! A ragdoll, that will soon be two years old that loves to cuddle when possible and play fetch! He is Ross' cat and spends night time in his room.

Landlord and Logistics
We deal directly through an agency, who is pretty cooperative and responsive, if any thing is broken it is fixed very quickly. We pay rent by direct debit on the 1st of every month. We rent privately, so there's no agency to go through referencing or guarantors. You would be on the contract.

Message with a bit about yourself, what you're looking for and I'll set up a viewing!
