Hi, I'm Betty, I have a lovely house for share available near to Whipps Cross hospital in zone 3.
We are near the Walthamstow Village area and Francis Road area with easy access to the central line, overground and Stratford.
I am a live-in landlady and you will be sharing with 2 fluffy cats called Vinnie and Marcella.
You'll also be sharing the house with another young professional female.
I work in post production and have creative interests and fun, easy going personality.
There is a large living room, open plan kitchen/ dinning area and garden for your use with also two toilets.
Bills are included (utilities + internet)
Nearest stations are:
Leyton Midland overground
Leytonstone Central line
Walthamstow Central (Victoria line and
Overground)
Free parking at weekends and after 6 pm.
Local to the Epping Forest.
Because of the cost of utilities currently (gas and electric), working from home is NOT preferred because of high heating house costs during the day.
An extra £15 will be added to rent to pay for the cost of a cleaner every 2 weeks :)
Rooms are currently unfurnished but I do have an assortment of furniture items e. g a desk if you'd like.
