We’re offering a spacious double room for single occupancy in our warm and welcoming home in Bushwood, Leytonstone. The room would suit a professional looking for more than just a house share, a calm, friendly home within a vibrant neighbourhood, close to excellent transport links.

Please note: we are looking for a female housemate.

The Room & House

* Large double bedroom on the ground floor. The room is part furnished and will include a double bed, desk, and coffee table, with space to add your own touches and make it feel like home.
* Shared bathroom with modern fixtures
* Shared living/dining room
* Modern kitchen with breakfast bar and all appliances included
* Lovely private garden

All bills are included: gas, electricity, water, broadband and council tax.

The house is non-smoking indoors (smoking is fine in the garden). Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate pets.

As this is part of a Muslim household, some dietary consideration is appreciated, so the home may particularly suit someone vegetarian or respectful of shared kitchen preferences.

About Us

You’ll be sharing the space with two female artists. We also have a respectful 10-year-old girl who is here part of the week, so the house suits someone comfortable in a calm family home.

Our space is warm, relaxed, and full of character. We value good communication, mutual respect, cleanliness, and a calm, friendly atmosphere. It’s a creative family home where there’s space to be yourself while also being mindful of shared routines and boundaries.

Neighbourhood highlights:
Popular North Star pub is a minute away, together with legendary Papi’s Munchies pizza. The High Road is full of a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and more.
Leytonstone tube station is around 8 minute walk away, excellent transport links making commuting easy. Wanstead park and forest within very close proximity. The house is located on a cul de sac, amongst a variety of houses and cottages.
