A lovely cosy room is available in a modern E10 flat. The bathroom is shared with one other person (currently a male who spends 75% of his time at his girlfriends) and soon to be a female (from April). There's a large kitchen with lots of storage and a balcony that gets sun all day! We are allowed to re decorate if we wish so a space to make your own (though it is fully furnished so no need to do anything!). The landlords are my parents so super quick and easy access for maintenance. I'm a masters student and teacher so I'm generally out of the house 6 days a week. Looking for someone who enjoys a shared dinner but also likes a quiet movie night :) We are council tax band D (but all bills are included in the 1100). Open to discussing short or long term tenancies. We also have a cleaner once a week for kitchen and bathroom (again price already included in the 1100)
