We have a nice large cosy double room available to rent now.

You will be living with me and my partner (29 + 40). We are very friendly and respectable people. The house is often empty/quiet as we both work full time (and overtime) hours. When we are off work and at home we like to keep to ourselves and enjoy our privacy, we also like to go out and often spend most of the day and/or night away from home.
We like to keep a clean and tidy home, so we would appreciate someone who will do the same and respect this house rule.
We would also prefer someone who is working away from home.

You will have your own (downstairs) toilet, large kitchen cupboard & fridge. You will be sharing the bathroom (shower room) & kitchen area. We also have a lovely big garden with a table and seating area. The room is furnished and contains: A bed, 1 desk & chair, clothing rail, clothing & shoe rack & drawer sets. An oil-filled heater is also there for extra warmth during the cold season.
There is also a small walk in cupboard where the clothing & shoe rack is located. This gives you more storage space for your belongings.

**The bedroom & downstairs toilet has been thoroughly deep cleaned and cleared before the new lodger moves in. The photos listed showing items inside the room belong to a previous lodger. These are used to help create a visual of what your room will look like once fully furnished.**

The location is nearby to the high road where you can find 24 hour shops, gyms, supermarkets, pharmacy's, post office's etc.
The train stations (Leyton & Leytonstone) are a 10-15 minute walk and to get there by bus which takes 5 minutes. The bus stops are a 1-3 minute walk away from the house.
The next nearest train station is Maryland which is 6-8 minutes on the bus, and a 15-17 minute walk.

The deposit (£500) is required when securing the room and is returned when you move out. The total monthly rent cost is £850 and includes the council tax fee, the rent is also required when securing the room.
There are no added extra fee's. Speedy WiFi is also included.
