Hello,
I'm Ellie. I am looking for someone to rent my second bedroom in my lovely flat in Leyton. It is a spacious room with a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.
Transport links are great- easy accesa to Victoria Line, Central Line, and all the lines from Stratford are within 15 minutes (Elizabeth, DLR, central, jubilee and main line as well as the 7 minute fast train to st pancras from stratford itl).
I am a teacher, so have busy days in the week. I spend my evenings at run clubs or at the gym, and often meet friends. I like a calm and tidy home.
The TV has Netflix, Disney+ etc and you also will have a TV amd firestick in your bedroom should you wish to have some downtime.
There is a separate kitchen with balcony which is so lovely during the spring and summer months- I often eat my dinner out there or enjoy a glass of wine with the sunset!
