I’m sadly moving out of my flat at the end of April/ start of May so I’m looking for someone to move into my double room in our 3-bed apartment overlooking the Olympic Stadium in Stratford, East London. Both the room and flat are fully furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a bedside table.
Rent: £790 per month
Deposit: £826 to be paid to the vacating tenant
Bills: Approx. £120 per month
The flat is a spacious three bed apartment accessed via fob with an intercom to buzz people in. The flat also has a communal bathroom that you'd share with one other flatmate. The living room and kitchen are combined with large windows for plenty of light and a lovely view of the sun in the evenings☀️. We also have a concierge service available to us. This is also an LGBTQ+ household so queer people / queer friendly people only please!
Location📍
The flat is a 10 min walk from Stratford station and has close links to DLR and Bow station for the district line. Buses are just outside the flat and run up to Stratford station every 2-3 mins, with a journey time of no more than 3 mins!
A Tesco is right beside the building, alongside loads of food shops in Stratford (and of course, Westfield!). The Nearest gym is also only 3 mins away, it's an Anytime Fitness and is open 24 hours. Westfield and the Olympic Park are within easy walking distance, no more than 10-15 mins.
Flatmates
Ross: 30, cis gay man, who is a dentist and works four days a week in a dental practice. Plays for an LGBTQ+ hockey team and loves to go to see plays🏑! Loves to cook. Likes to be sociable and keep himself busy but also loves to sit down weekly to watch whatever tv show is on, better with others!
Liam, (32) cis gay man who works in recruitment and is typically in the office 4 days a week. He goes to queer dance classes a couple times a week and love going to see musicals/plays💃. He also likes a chilled wine catch up at the pub or watching reality tv.
Both flatmates are friendly and great to live with! They are looking for a relaxed, clean flatmate who will want to have a good natter. The flat also comes with the cutest cat, Malty🐱 (short for Malteser)! A ragdoll, that will soon be three years old that loves to cuddle when possible and play fetch! He is Ross' cat and spends nighttime in his room.
Landlord and Logistics
We deal directly through an agency, who is very cooperative and responsive, if anything is broken it is fixed very quickly. We pay rent by direct debit on the 1st of every month. You would be on the contract. Unfortunately, the landlord does not accept benefits.

N. B. To pass referencing a tenant must earn 2.5 times their annual rent share and not be in a probationary period or have a zero-hour contract.
