I’m looking for a flat mate to move into my spacious condo style apartment in West Ham. It’s split over two floors with a very large open plan living room downstairs. I’ve got a double bedroom free and another room which could be used as an office for people who want to work from home, or as a small art/music studio. Bedroom is furnished with bed and wardrobe. Shared bath and shower with an additional toilet downstairs. The living room is set up for music rather than TV. Turntables set up for those who like DJing. Creative types especially welcome! Price is negotiable based on requirements whether you need the additional space, parking etc.

West Ham Park is at the end of the road a couple minutes walk away and has tennis courts and flower gardens. Stratford Park also close by. 15 minute walk to Stratford station and Westfield, Hackney Wick with bars and clubs on the other side.

Plaistow tube station 8 minute walk. Abbey Road DLR station 8 minute walk. West Ham station 15 minute walk.

A bit about me:
I work in digital advertising doing IT projects and I largely work from home. When I'm not working I like to spend my time producing music in my studio at home. Other interests include rock climbing, tennis, skateboarding, snowboarding, and movie nights at home. FOLD nightclub is a £5 cab ride from the house so someone who might want to go dancing from time to time would be a plus also!

I'm into philosophy and science etc. so someone who really appreciates a deep chat would be very welcome.
