We are looking for a 3rd housemate to join our homely flat. Ideally, we are looking for someone who will treat the flat like their home and doesn’t mind having the occasional dinner/drink with their flatmates 😊. The room is available from the 21st of June however we can be flexible on this.
The house:
You will be living with x2 professionals who both work in the city. I have a hybrid working schedule, whilst Jean Marc works out 5 days a week. The house is however is big enough for everyone to work from home and not get in each other’s way as we all have desks in our individual rooms.
The house has a living room, a kitchen with a dining table, x1 bathroom and a separate WC that we all share.
Room detail :
- Spacious double room, located on the second floor (room is above living room)
- Double glazed windows which allow a lot of natural light in.
- Room comes fully furnished.
Utilities:
- Rent: £818
- Deposit: £750 (Stored under the rental deposit scheme)
- Monthly bills: Gas + Electricity + Water + Internet + Council Tax + cleaning equates to £160 per person. ( In summer this decreases to £130-40)
The area:
Walthamstow is a trendy place to live with loads of facilities, gyms, food markets, cinema, wetlands etc. nearby. Victoria & Central line are a 10 minute bus ride away, whilst a 15 minute bus ride will get you Stratford where you have access to more train lines. For those who bike ride, the area has a lot of bike lanes. We also have a space outside for you to store your bike/ you can store in your room.
