My flatmate is moving out early as she has found a new place so I’m looking for someone to take over her place on the contract. It is available from early August but an earlier date could be negotiated depending on availability from both sides.

The contract ends on 6th November 2024. After which point you may be able to sign a new lease at the property (subject to negotiation with the landlord).

The room comes partially furnished with a wardrobe and you have sole use of the main bathroom (as I have my own ensuite). The living room/open plan kitchen is for joint use. You would also have your own balcony which spans to the living room. The building also has a gym, free for all residents and 24/7 concierge.

Only 15 min walk from Stratford station and the Olympic park would be on your doorstep!

Would require a reference check and a deposit in order to transfer my flatmate’s contact in your name.
