I’m a 28yr old professional, I have a fairly busy life often out and about gymming, seeing friends/family, out with clients and occasionally working late but love to chill, watching series or reading my book when I’m home. I’m in the office 4 days a week but wfh most Fridays.

I have a double room with an underground parking space and looking to rent out the room short term to someone easy going. There’s not really space for a desk in the room so would be best for someone mainly working away from home day to day but there’s space in the dining room to work if needed.

Open to negotiating on price if the parking space isn’t needed
