*Please note: this ad is for a part-term (2 nights per week) let*. We would consider some variations on that (eg 1 or 3 nights per week, or more flexible arrangements), but we are not interested in full-time lodgers.
My wife and I are the resident landlords of the above house and we have a spare room that is available.
The bedroom is 3.46m x 3.25m and furnished with a double bed, overbed wardrobe unit, chest of drawers, a desk and a chair. It also has a small en-suite. The house has a washing machine, dishwasher and a garden. The internet speed is around 70Mbps download / 20Mbps upload.
We understand any hesitancy about lodging with landlords, but we would like to think that we are very chilled, good at building rapport with new people, reasonable, welcoming and kind.
I am a pensions actuary who works two days per week in the office and three days per week at home, and my wife works for a charity working mostly from home.
We imagine that the room would suit someone who works in London part-time for a few days per week, and elsewhere on the other days of the week. However, if you think we are a good match then we would still be delighted to hear from you!
The room is available at £100 per week (based on two nights per week) including bills. We require a deposit of four weeks' rent. Our preference is for an individual, and so we are unfortunately not able to let our room to couples, families with children or to those with pets.
