Seeking a tidy and respectful lodger to share my homely peaceful 2-bedroom flat in Leytonstone, close to the underground/tube station.
The flat features a functional kitchen, bright living room and a shared newly refurbished bathroom. A communal garden is a bonus! Your freshly painted room includes a small double, desk, chair, wardrobe, blackout blinds and mirror.

Bills and Wi-Fi are included, as well as a bi-weekly cleaner. With daily cleaning in between by us - the flatmates :)
Located a short walk from Leytonstone station and the beautiful Hollow Ponds, the flat offers easy access to amenities on the high street (Marks & Spencer, Boots, post office, cafes, hairdressers) and green space.

There's on street parking if you have a car (council charges). Or a bike locker on street you can access (again from the council).

I am sociable, life is busy and I will chill at home some evenings. I also have a well behaved (adorable!) cat. She's my responsibility though, just letting you know she's around. I don't drink so it's not suitable for someone looking to party and be out super late. Partners to be enjoyed off the property :)
Would prefer a Monday-Friday lodger, but open to 7 days a week for the right person. Short-term stays also ok.
